Nestled within and completely surrounded by the breathtaking landscapes of Zion National Park, our secluded 10-acre estate and environmentally-conscious lodge offer a tranquil retreat. Perched on a mesa a mile high, with Zion National Park and its wildlife as our only neighbors, this unique location provides unparalleled views of Tabernacle Dome, Lamb’s Knoll, Cave Valley, and vast meadows. Guests can enjoy intimate access to world-famous Zion hikes, making it a serene escape for nature enthusiasts.
Away From The Crowds, Next To The Trails:
Inside Zion, triangulated between Zion’s Tabernacle Dome and two other incredible Zion rock formations, next to two enormous meadows, Cave valley, Heavenly valley, and incredible views of surrounding Zion, our Villa has everything to make your stay comfortable, fun, and memorable.
Our unique setting, over a mile from the nearest neighbor, includes stunning red rock monuments, seasonal waterfalls, herds of cattle grazing green pastures, horses basking in the afternoon sun of a vermillion backdrop and deer & elk meandering along the sloping Cedar, Pinon & Ponderosa Pine and Utah Juniper hillsides. Under a painted and star-beaded sky at our 6000-foot elevation, fragrant varieties of sagebrush and high desert wildflowers abound. With Kolob Reservoir to the North, Virgin River to the South and North Fork Creek to the east, this top of the world’s sacredness is unparalleled.
Explore From Your Front Door:
There are many walking statuary paths along True North’s 10 acre property with places to rest and commune or meditate, including hammocks, several picnic tables, a Medicine Wheel and a Walking Labyrinth, as well as a gentle walk out to a spectacular cliff side overlooking Smith Mesa and beyond or the many caves in the nearby rock formations.
During your stay, you may also enjoy various sports and activities on our property, including yoga on one of the 3 patios, badminton, volleyball, tetherball, frisbee, or basketball.
Enjoy the star studded Milky Way, satellites, meteors, and planets above, while far away from the artificial glow of civilization, right from one of our patios or while soaking in the hot tub.
Just outside the property are numerous remarkable nearby unnamed trails and caves with many featuring petroglyphs that Hank or one of the staff are happy to show you how to get to right from your front door.

While staying at Zion Villa, you may wish to indulge in a variety of activities around Greater Zion.
The True North property is also only 14 miles from the beautiful Kolob Reservoir, where visitors often enjoy trophy fishing, swimming, boating, and picnicking. Nearby Quail and Sand Hollow Lakes are also popular areas for activities such as wave running, kayaking, swimming, waterskiing, and ATV riding.
Adventure awaits with river tubing or relaxing by on the Virgin River to the south and exploring the North Fork Creek to the east.
Take day trips to iconic locations like Bryce Canyon National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Lee’s Ferry and the Colorado River, Lake Powell, Orderville Canyon, Brian Head, and Cedar Breaks.
Mountain biking enthusiasts will love nearby Gooseberry Mesa and Guacamole Hill famous for its trails.
Birding enthusiasts can spot Bald and Golden Eagles, Falcons, Red-Tailed Hawks, and California Condors.
Golfers can tee off at one of the 18 incredible local courses.
Enjoy horseback riding, four-wheeling directly from the property, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding, or snowshoeing seasonally.
For the more adventurous, canyoneering, rappelling, hot air ballooning and helicopter rides are also available.
Uniquely Off Grid:
Located within Zion National Park, this off-grid facility is meticulously designed with advanced features such as tracking solar panels, automatic computerized generator backup, multiple water filtration systems, satellite and cellular internet, and more. This property has a WiFi system linked to cellular service via two external antennas and network extenders, along with two Starlink satellite routers with battery backups. Along with cellular telephone access, a telephone in the Villa’s kitchen is provided with unlimited domestic minutes, delivering extra voice quality through a hardwired connection to one of the outdoor antennas. The sophisticated off-grid facility operates independently, harnessing its own power, water, cellular, and internet services. These systems are closely monitored and maintained by technicians who custom-designed and built the infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance. The well water undergoes three filtration processes, providing safety and quality.
Hank and Mariangela, the resident stewards, reside on the property to enjoy Zion regularly and oversee maintenance while providing support to guests when necessary. Their separate dwelling is attached to the Villa, providing unique privacy for them and the guests. While deeply respecting guests’ privacy they are available for questions or should a guest need assistance during their stay to help ensure a wonderful and memorable experience.
