Zion Villa offers a uniquely intimate experience away from the crowds and right in the heart of the natural beauty of Zion National Park, offering visitors an experience of connecting to their True North. The property is located on Kolob Terrace Road, minutes and even walking distance to many popular hiking trails, caves, and overlooks within and surrounded by the Park.
ABOUT US ~ The Story of this Sacred Sanctuary:
Honoring those that came before us, we want to acknowledge the Ancestral Puebloans and the Paiutes of “Mukuntuweap”, Zion’s original name. You can find remnants of their culture on our property – petroglyphs and pictographs in nearby caves, pottery shards and arrowheads, telling the ancient story of life in Zion. The land was then homesteaded by a pioneering family in southern Utah and stayed a private property throughout the park’s growth.
The Dwelling
Zion Villa’s True North is a secluded, majestic and mesmerizing facility within a 10 acre estate. The Villa offers sacred features throughout the interior, and welcomes community and creation by its design with a large main living and dining area offering comfortable seating, a large kitchen overlooking the park, an indoor wood burning fireplace, and three patios featuring an outdoor chimayo fireplace and hot tub.
Over the last 19 years, guests have enjoyed staying at True North’s Zion Villa for many reasons. The Villa features 5 bedrooms that comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, with 2 full bathrooms. We invite you to Experience True North’s sacred sanctuary solo or as a small intimate group to disconnect from the tethers of society.
The Feeling
True North is located on the second mesa of the Kolob Terrace Plateau, a mile high set amongst the mountains and gorgeous red rock monuments of Zion National Park. The property hosts several statuary walking paths carefully decorated with mystical amenities such as a Medicine Wheel and Labyrinth.
The property will soon include a dedicated yoga and aerial studio, as well as a greenhouse. Along the many pathways you will find several places to sit and connect with nature as you explore the many trails, caves, and overlook views directly accessible from the property.
